After more than 20-years of operation, Public Affairs Research Consultants (PARC) has designated specific service territories to individual offices/companies. In addition, some counties have been designated as “shared territories” in which multiple affiliates of PARC may operate. Cascadia Consulting Partnership (dba PARC-West) focus is on organizations and projects operating in and serving Western Oregon. Due to the relative proximity of these areas to the Cascadia Consulting Partnership office in Independence, this provides a responsive and cost-effective way to meet the needs of these organizations.

In addition, to serving organizations from Western Oregon, Cascadia Consulting Partnership provides services to organizations and state agencies serving multiple regions in Oregon, as long as at least one of these regions includes Western Oregon.
